Humanist Connections
"A free and responsible search for truth and meaning."
Humanist Connections meets every Sunday after worship at 12:30 p.m., often in the Safir Room but consult the UUCB church announcements/calendar each week. All are welcome, all meetings are free. Optional reading selections available on the Information table outside the church offices.
Humanist Connection explores the transcendent in the absence of the supernatural. Our discussion topics include issues relating to morality and ethics, human development, evolution, the nature of the universe, the capacities of the brain, human happiness, the latest scientific research and discoveries, and other topics of interest. Topics and readings are selected by vote of those present on the first Sunday of the month for the following month. Your ideas and participation are welcome!
