Photo Directory & Mosaic Cards:  Kay Fairwell has agreed to work on these projects.  Photos of the Tree of Life have been collected and Steve Caramia is designing the card, both ones with envelopes and postcards.  Kay & Alisa are exploring companies that will do the photo directory.

Financial Update, Budgeting, and Stewardship:  Mary Ellen Morgan joined the CT for the meeting on January 3 to discuss our financial situation.  She gave us a new report showing the balance sheet and we are in good shape at this time.  People are submitting their budget request forms, some including their “dream” budgets.  The Stewardship Team continues to meet to plan the spring canvass.

Facilities Needs Assessment: This is a change of name to more accurately  describe what was being called the Reserve Analysis.  Tom Tripp, who is a project manager for a construction company, will be looking at the document and prioritizing the projects into several categories – Safety, Prevent further deterioration, Code Compliance, Structural Needs, and Cosmetic both external and internal.

RE Discernment Process:  There will be a second year of discernment with a FTE mixture of personnel.  The mixture is under discussion and could involve the possibility of internship, family minister and an assistant.  Update: Two meetings of the BoT, CT and RE Discernment Team are planned for January 18 and February 1.  Jeanelyse Doran Adams will be available to consult with us on February 1, 2012 at 7:30 p.m., here at UUCB.
