Upcoming
UUA General Assembly in Phoenix! First: check out http://www.uua.org/ga/2012 and then contact Board of Trustees Vice President Jean Gleason (sooner rather than later!) if you are going to attend The UUA General Assembly as a delegate or non-delegate. Attending GA is a wonderful experience for everyone! Contact Jean at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or call (510) 558-0842.This year, at "Justice GA", we will combine social justice and compassion around the issues of immigration rights. UUCB has nine delegate slots. Not everyone wants to be a delegate; that role of carries the responsibility to attend the plenary sessions, study the issues and learn about the candidates to be elected. Although we'd like to have all of our delegates in Phoenix--at the convention hall and on the streets or wherever we public witness-- we may have off-site voting delegates, who can be connected by Internet and telephone to the convention hall.
